HOW MUCH CAN YOU CLAIM?
Incomplete, manual logbooks can cost thousands of dollars in unclaimed vehicle tax deductions every year. With Trax you'll never miss a KM.
Business kilometres driven per year
1,000km = $880.00
Using cents per KM method ($0.88 per km)
TAX AND ACCOUNTING
Rounded is the accounting app built for Australian sole traders. Invoices, expenses, BAS and EOFY tax - all in one place. Every kilometre in Trax flows directly into Rounded, so your tax deduction updates as you drive.
Trax supports both the Logbook method and Cents per Kilometre. Not sure which? No worries - you can see which nets you the higher deduction at tax time.
No more hand-scribbled logbooks. Export your logbook or full trip history as a clean PDF or spreadsheet.
DISTANCE
46.34 km
TAX DEDUCT.
$40.78
Unlike apps that rely on basic motion detection, Trax knows when you’re connected to your vehicle. No phantom trips from buses, trains or Uber cluttering your logbook.
ALL FEATURES
Start and stop trips manually from the app — or just say “Hey Siri, start a trip.”

Yes. You can add and manage multiple vehicles in Trax, each with their own logbook. Vehicles can be manually assigned after the trip is complete or before tracking starts.
Yes. You can track personal trips separately from business trips. Simply mark a trip as personal when reviewing it, and it will be excluded from your business logbook. However, Trax is primarily designed for tracking business trips for tax deduction purposes.
Subscription and billing
The first 20 trips are free. After that, a $9 monthly subscription is required.

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Both platforms accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Exporting data
